A. Our quotes include a start to finish job such as design fees and all the necessary water garden equipment and water feature building materials such as pond pumps, pond liners, water feature rock and filters. As well as all necessary work to be carried out to complete the agreed water feature or natural swimming pool concept

Q. What area do you cover?
A. Water Scenes are based in the new forest, Hampshire We design and construct water features and natural swimming pools through out the south of the UK including Dorset, Surrey, Wiltshire, Somerset, London, Berkshire and many more. Q. Do you offer any kind of guarantees?
A. All water garden and natural swimming pool equipment supplied by Water Scenes is covered by manufacturer’s warranty and has the same consumer protection as you would expect when buying from a shop. Any work carried out by Water Scenes (water feature design) shall be as per design unless changes are agreed upon by all parties involved

Q. We had our garden designed and landscaped and have now decided to add a water feature. Can you integrate a garden water feature into our current garden design?
A. Water Scenes design many different styles of water features and natural swimming pools and consider many of our garden water features and designs to be stand alone pieces that can be adapted and integrated into most garden design styles whilst remaining sympathetic to the original garden design

Q. What kind of maintenance will be required once our garden water feature or water garden has been installed?
A. At water feature design we consider one of our unique selling points to be our attention to detail and this does not stop at our water garden designs or water garden constructions. Every effort is made to ensure that our water features or natural swimming pools have a minimal maintenance by combining our huge knowledge off pool filtration, water quality and water feature construction techniques. We also offer clear instructions on the specific maintenance tasks required by your particular water feature or water garden including natural swimming pools

Q. We would like water feature design to completely or partially redesign our koi fish pond, what will happen to our fish whilst this work is carried out?
A. Water Scenes carry all the necessary equipment to ensure that your pond fish has enough space on site for their specific fish size. We also ensure that they have adequate fish pond filtration and oxygenation plus protection from fish pond predators such as herons. We supply this equipment on loan to our clients at no extra charge. So you can rest assured that not only will your water feature or fish pond design be of a high standard, so will the standard of care for your treasured fish during your fish pond construction

Q. How long will it take to construct our garden water feature?
A. Generally speaking a typical small outdoor water feature will take one to two weeks to build once the water garden designs have been agreed. Given the various sizes of our water features, fish ponds, water gardens and natural swimming pools and various different water feature designs and techniques, we offer a per job time scale projection that can be supplied with your water feature quotation
